Pulse is a 1:1 meeting management platform designed for managers who run recurring check-ins with their teams. It helps you organize meeting notes, track action items, and prepare for conversations. Pulse offers unlimited meeting notes and calendar sync for free, with AI-powered summaries and voice recording available for $12.99/month.
Pulse is built for managers who run regular 1:1 meetings with their direct reports. If you manage 5, 10, or 20 people and want to keep track of conversations, commitments, and follow-ups without juggling spreadsheets or note apps, Pulse is for you.
No. Pulse is designed for the manager. Your team members don't need accounts, logins, or to learn a new tool. You can optionally share meeting notes with them if you want, but it's not required.
The free plan includes everything you need to manage your 1:1 meetings:
Pulse Pro adds AI-powered features for $12.99/month:
You can record meetings up to 90 minutes long. Most 1:1 meetings are 30-60 minutes, so this should cover the vast majority of sessions.
Pulse uses OpenAI Whisper for voice transcription and GPT-4o-mini for generating meeting summaries and prep cards. AI summaries typically complete in under 60 seconds after your meeting ends.
Pulse will sync with Google Calendar and Outlook (coming soon). Calendar integration is on the roadmap and will let you automatically create events for your recurring 1:1s.
Pulse has two plans: Free (unlimited team members, meetings, and notes) and Pro ($12.99/month for AI features like voice recording, transcription, summaries, and prep cards). Pro pricing is per manager, not per team member.
Yes. Pulse Pro has a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can try all the AI features risk-free.
No. Pulse charges per manager, not per team member. You pay $12.99/month for Pro regardless of whether you manage 5 people or 20.
If you don't upgrade, you'll continue on the free plan with full access to meeting notes, calendar sync, and core features. Your data stays intact — you just lose access to AI features like voice recording and summaries.
Fellow is a great tool for team meetings and 1:1s, but Pulse has a few key differences:

Lattice is a full performance management platform with goals, reviews, and 1:1s. Pulse is focused only on 1:1 meeting management:

Yes. Many managers use Pulse for day-to-day 1:1 meetings and their company's HR platform (Lattice, BambooHR, etc.) for formal reviews and goal tracking. Pulse doesn't replace performance management — it complements it by making recurring check-ins easier.
Voice recordings are transcribed using OpenAI Whisper and then automatically deleted after 24 hours. Pulse does not store audio files long-term. Only the AI-generated summary is kept — the raw transcription is also deleted after 24 hours.
Your meeting notes and data are stored securely on cloud servers. Voice recordings are processed by OpenAI's Whisper API and deleted after 24 hours. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Yes. You can delete individual meeting notes or your entire account at any time. Contact [email protected] if you need help.
Pulse is available as a web app (pulse11.app), iOS app, and Android app. All platforms sync automatically so you can access your meeting notes from anywhere.
No. The free plan requires no credit card. If you start a Pro trial, you still don't need a credit card upfront — you'll only be asked to add payment if you decide to continue after the 14 days.
You can be up and running in under 5 minutes. Add your team members, set recurring schedules, and you're ready to go.
Not yet, but it's on the roadmap. If you need help migrating from another tool, contact [email protected] and we'll do our best to help.
