- •OpenAI: Provides transcription and AI summary features. Audio recordings are sent to OpenAI for processing when you use these features.
- •Resend: Delivers transactional emails like account verification and meeting reminders.
Data Retention
- •Audio Recordings: Automatically deleted after 24 hours
- •Account Data: Kept until you request deletion or delete your account
- •Meeting Notes: Stored as long as your account is active
Your Rights
- •Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time from your settings. This removes all your data from our systems.
- •Data Export: Pro users can export their meeting data at any time.
- •Data Updates: You can update or correct your information through your account settings.
Cookies and Tracking
We use minimal cookies to keep you signed in (JWT authentication tokens stored in your browser or device). We don't use any tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. We respect your privacy.
